PI ROCKS.com: Rockin’ The Philippines with Classic Rock Hits

This is Mike Weening-Matthews and I would like to introduce to you our new Angeles City/Subic Bay station PI ROCKS.com, a professionally programmed internet music station featuring classic rock hits from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s all in high definition (HQ) digital stereo. In Addition to the Classic Rock Hits music, we will be including news, weather and other important information related to Angeles City and Subic Bay as well as other Philippines destinations. The overall sound of PI Rocks.com is likely similar to a top 40 radio station that you listened to during the 1960’s and 70’s. Wherefore consistent with the demographic popularity of the high quality classic rock hits format and related programming, our target audience is 40 to 65 year old males that travel to the Philippines. There will be other age groups that listen as well because everyone likes oldies but goodies!

In support of our listeners and prospective advertisers we have constructed a first class studio and production facility comparable to any major market radio station in the US, Australia or England. The Station Play Lists software was developed in New Zealand and used by hundreds of stations worldwide. The production software used for recording was developed in Sydney Australia and the sounds effects package and music beds were produced by the BBC in London. The jingles are from TM productions in Dallas, Texas and the broadcast equipment was shipped in from Broadcast supply in Seattle, Washington. In short, Quality was our number one goal and quality is exactly what we achieved. Just as classic rock and roll is universal in appeal, the building of PI Rocks.com was truly a worldwide wide effort.

Advertising Opportunities

PI ROCKS.com will Begin streaming on Friday September 16, 2011. Initially we will let the music, news and information stream uninterrupted for 45 days to establish the station and develop a world wide listener base.  It is our belief and expectation that due to the highly exclusive nature of the target audience (40 to 65 year old males that travel to the Philippines) listenership in multiple countries listeners will be substantial within 45 days.

During the initial 45 day period we will be contacting interested advertisers and explaining the benefits and cost of advertising on PI ROCKS.com.  Advertising rate cards and promotional brochures are being printed and will be available in a few weeks. An on-line version of the brochure and rate card will also be published on this website. I can assure each prospective advertiser that the various ad packages and promotional opportunities will be very inexpensive and priced to fit every budget.

Finally PI ROCKS.com is committed to providing advertising opportunities for businesses in Angeles City, Subic Bay and other PI destinations whose primary goal is converting the target audience (40 to 65 year old males) into customers. This can be done through the DIRECT CONNECTION contact. Unlike a standard broadcast station where it is unknown who is really listening or if the people listening will need (buy)  your product, PI ROCKS.com has an exclusive built in audience of men that travel in and around the Philippines, specifically Angeles City and Subic Bay. We already know who they are and that they ARE coming to Angeles City and Subic Bay this week, this month, this year! The question is: will they be staying at YOUR hotel, resort, eating at YOUR restaurant, purchasing tickets from YOUR travel agency, flying on YOUR airline? They’re coming! Would you like an opportunity to tell them about your business and convert them into a customer?

Thanks for visiting the website and I look forward to discussing with each of you the unique advertising opportunities that can be provided on PI ROCKS.com
